I signed in before the one year popped on my last journal. That is a serious win, people!! I did forget my password but we’ll just glaze over that fact.
Here’s an update:
- I finished school with a 4.0. Sorry, not sorry. I need to brag about that fact. I was working 40 hours a week along with school. I felt dead inside during that time.
- I got my wish and did my externship with a cardiovascular center and was lucky enough to be hired there. Score!!
- I was assigned to an awesome provider who also does primary care so I get the best of both worlds. One day can involve removing a toe nail and the next day is dealing with coronary arteriosclerosis of the native artery. Fun times, my homies!
- George is doing great. He’s still a fluffy butt little hoe that loves to cuddle with everyone but his mom. Fred on the other hand is a mama’s boy who loves cuddles, kisses, watermelon, learning new tricks, and being brushed.
Alrighty my dears. It’s after 11pm here which is way past my bedtime. I need sleep. These 7am mornings are killer. Well, that and working almost 50 hours a week.
When you turn 50 do your freaking colonoscopy. Don’t wait till you’re in your 60’s and end up with stage 3 colon cancer all because you didn’t want someone sticking a scope up your pooper.
See y’all in another 11 months.
