      Hey all

(Remove if in the wrong forum)

I know this is a 'sporting' thing, but its kinda like a game?

Anyways I have posted under sports, but some of us Australian NFL fans wanted to try out a fantasy league. Although we would like a few more people if anyone is interested. Check the post below!

      Hello all!!!

A few of us RooTeeth Members (The Australian charter :) ) want to participate in this years league.

Now, were not exactly experts or insanely huge fans. But enough to want to start our own league. However, theres not that many of us due to not being a popular sport in Australia.

There is about 5-6 of us. So I would like to throw out an invitation for 5-6 more players from America! to have a good old AUS vs US kind of theme. This might be a handicap for us, but the draft type will be autopick as it is our first league.

If you like to join us. Please let me know below! Suggest a league name as well :P

The league isn't created yet, but will be up soon!

I'd hate to horn in on this thread, but I have a league that I started for family long ago, but have filled with other players from here. I am in need of three people to fill a 12 team league with standard Yahoo scoring. If interested let me know (PM would be best, but I'll watch this thread.)

      Hello fellow Buffbuddies,

This week has been a little slack... I did not have the motivation to go to the gym at all this! And this is really important when you go do work out. Always have a gym buddy, do you have your gym buddy? Keep your gym buddy in sight at all times. And its just easier when you go with a friend. If its a Trainer, even better! Not only for safety reason but more importantly motivation. They will keep you on track, I don't like to bail on people most of the time. So if they say they'll be at the gym, I damn well better be there too like I said I would!

      Weigh in:

Started: 88.6kg(195 pounds), 27.9% Body fat

Lost this week: +0.5kg(1.1 pounds), +0.4% Body fat T____T

Week ending: 89.1kg(196.4 pounds), 28.3% Body fat

So not very good this week! I did go play soccer and did some lap at the pool. So not a total disaster! Snacking got a little out of hand, there was bit of lollies and chocolate around the house because my niece's first birthday is coming up and we made some party bags! See you next week (hopefully).

Ok, so I'm back! That a good start already I think. Currently it's pretty late where I am (1:50am). SO far my plan for my diet is working pretty well. Not sure how much longer I can keep it up though. If it was early I could take some pictures, but I'm kinda beat right now.... Went and saw Spectre thought. Awesome movie, totally recommend it! As for exercise, It wasn't too bad. I had a session of indoor soccer, a session of swimming laps and a gym session. So that's threes days of activity, I think i could do more and will try to get 2 days at the gym this following week.

      Weigh in:

      88.6 kg (195 pounds) (-3 pounds)

      27.9% Body fat (-0.9%)

I think, that's A LOT to lose in just one week, kinda amazed by that. But like every time I go on a diet this does happens. Then I think to myself during the week that oh maybe could eat this piece of cake or maybe i can just have one cheeseburger... Which is going t be hard to fight the urge, but I know it' coming up this time. So I hope to fight it. See you next week (hopefully).

      Ok, so here we go!

It's probably been more than a few years ago, when I was at an average weight that I was happy with. I was pretty active back then doing some material arts and indoor soccer every week. Then something bad happen, I broke my leg... it was a pretty bad one and pretty much crippled me from all activities for a while. I've been holding it off long enough, I think 'recovery' time is over. I'll admit, I've had these moments before and failed multiple times. And I hope this time around, I could be more successful then the other attempts.

      Starting out:

      90kgs (198 pounds)

      28.8% Body fat

      Goals:

      -Lose 10kgs (22 pounds)

      -Reduce body fat <23%

Definitely the hardest part of all this going to be my diet. But I do have a plan... sorta, It's probably isn't going to be the best plan.

If we end up not seeing much of these blogs, it probably means I failed hardcore and don't want to show my face here again! Must channel my inner Blaine! Wish me luck! See you next week (hopefully).

Just saw the trailer to Buff Buddies.

I am quite interested... I do go to the gym from time to time, but diet is the worst and hardest part of it all!~

But with a RoosterTeeth themed I might participate...

Keep a look out to see if I fail or not hahah.

    • Motherboard & Hard drive corruption?

in Forums > Motherboard & Hard drive corruption? | Follow this topic

      Working state:

      Motherboard: P8 Z68-V Pro

      HDD: SSD 128GB(OS) + WD Green 1TB + WD Black 1TB

This is what I had before my PSU died. Replaced the PSU, everything works except for the WD Black HD. Heres the odd thing, WD Black connected internally SATA3, the bios and OS see and recognises the hard drive on start up. But W7Pro Disk management says the disc is not initialised, and won't initialize. Properties displays that hard drive is in raid 0 and is 2TB, which is not true.

Remove WD Black, connect it via USB3 SATA docking station, hard drive loads and all content is still present.

Tried different SATA ports/cables, same results. Any idea whats going on?
