Hello fellow Buffbuddies,
This week has been a little slack... I did not have the motivation to go to the gym at all this! And this is really important when you go do work out. Always have a gym buddy, do you have your gym buddy? Keep your gym buddy in sight at all times. And its just easier when you go with a friend. If its a Trainer, even better! Not only for safety reason but more importantly motivation. They will keep you on track, I don't like to bail on people most of the time. So if they say they'll be at the gym, I damn well better be there too like I said I would!
Started: 88.6kg(195 pounds), 27.9% Body fat
Lost this week: +0.5kg(1.1 pounds), +0.4% Body fat T____T
Week ending: 89.1kg(196.4 pounds), 28.3% Body fat
So not very good this week! I did go play soccer and did some lap at the pool. So not a total disaster! Snacking got a little out of hand, there was bit of lollies and chocolate around the house because my niece's first birthday is coming up and we made some party bags! See you next week (hopefully).
