Finally back online with the RoosterSpeak Crew. Life has been challenging this last year but RT and the RT Community have always been a light in the darkness :)
It's my birthday :D
So it's my birthday, which means that I have to write a journal. I turn 26 today...I feel old as heck. I am going fishing and going to have a huge cigar hanging out of my mouth :D Grilling later and just chilling.
Sunday Night Cook Night :D
Alright so tonight is cooking night. I am making Boneless Ribs, Asparagus and some baked potatoes.
Lets start with the Ribs. I lined the pan with Olive Oil, and rubbed the ribs with salt and pepper individually. Then I put rosemary, tarragon, onion powder, and garlic on top. The leaves are bay leaves. I covered the pan in tin foil so that the steam and juices will make the bay leaf flavor flow down over the ribs.
For the Asparagus you just salt and pepper them and throw some butter on them. You always bake them open, otherwise they get super soggy.
Finally the potatoes just get stabbed and thrown in the oven.
After 30 minutes I uncovered the ribs and slathered them in that delicious saaawwwwcceee
After another 30 minutes you throw the ribs under the broiler till they are crispy and you end up with this!
